The Tulsa Financial Empowerment Center is a free service to those in the Tulsa area as a service of the City of Tulsa, with Goodwill as the non-profit partner. Professional Financial Counselors provide one-on-one financial counseling, assisting clients with needs including credit improvement, building savings, reducing delinquent accounts, reducing debt, and accessing benefit programs. Counseling appointments are available in-person and virtually by phone or video conference.
